BUILDING ASSEMBLY
So far two types of building were analysed for upfront carbon:
Detached House
Building with regular rectangular layout, with changeable number of stories, without basement.
Industrial Hall
One bay, framed industrial hall structure with floor structure.
I have tried to include all the used technical assemblies for these building types.

The assemblies are listed in details bellow.
Certain quantities of the assemblies are connected to the building geometry in the Grasshopper algorithm. For example the rc slab thickness is a function of the span, building width. These elements were marked with (*) in the list. The needed size of these elements were determined by simplified structural analysis.
These building assemblies are to represent a CORE level. No floor or wall covers, paintings, fittings, electrical mechanical parts were included.
